The palate then comes in with a concentration that points to utter richness, even though it is not fully fledged yet. There is yeasty roundness, stony depth and a wonderfully pithy, zesty texture that reveals more freshness and white pepper sprays with every swish. It needs bottle age. Drink 2025–2050.
